CURRENT PROJECT:
The 2020 Home, Learning How to Appreciate our "Stuff" and Build a Healthy Home
As a mom of seven and a wife of 23+ years, I have learned if you cannot keep your bedroom clean, you probably won't be able to take good care of your body.
I believe as human beings we are often found guilty of putting carts before horses. We put "quitting drinking" before studying the problems of our hearts. We put "quitting smoking" before learning how to successfully manage stress and we put "getting healthy" before cleaning our own homes.
RADICAL THOUGHT:
What if instead of making a New Year's resolution to lose 100lbs you made the resolution to clean out your garage? What about instead of walking in your front door and sighing in discontent you walked in the front door and giggled with joy... do you think working out might get a bit easier?

Maybe your "yo yo" dieting weight loss/gains has less to do with your fitness and dieting habits - but more to do with the fact it's been years since you cleaned out your closet. Perhaps, your healthy heart stems from having, a healthy home. <3
